First, Mail box reports the units as activated, but they are still locked.
Later, a Union army attacks the units sometime around Aug to Oct 1861. This causes it to be unlocked with one copy in Madison TN and a second copy to the county north. No other problems seemed to occur from this, Other than to the Union having to face twins.

Doubled up units are generally scenario specific when combined with some of the external event files. In order to narrow down the database search time, we need the additional information. Thank you.
