I didn't see another thread on this subject, but has there been any thought about making the Shenandoah Valley (in Virgina, roughly from Winchester, to Lynchburg) more valuable to the Confederacy? Historically it was called the breadbasket of the Confederacy, and both sides contributed serious resources to fight for its control, right up to end of 1864.
I don't know if this would require making it a Victory Point site, or if some other economic effect could be put into the game. But I thought I would mention it and see what other people thought.
