During a full campaign with V 1.08, every of US general couldn't be promoted to 3* as Mc Clellan would be angry (about 1000 VP and 10 NM penalty). So, why couldn't they increase their level among their rank to 1st instead of being immediately promoted?
Another request about promotion: I'd like to have more 4* general. in my campaign, Grant spent 3 years from victory to victory at the top of the 3*...It seems unfair, even in real life.
