Beverly, WV map railroad issue

As you can see above, Beverly, WV has no railroad track graphics, yet the tooltip indicates it should (?). I am not sure which is meant to be correct here. In looking at the patch readme files, I noticed under v1.04 Beverly, WV is not one of the 13 regions that lost their railroads, so... should it have an RR connection from Milboro, VA to the south?
