Shiloh battle scenario, McClernand CP
Hello all. New to the game and forum. Just wondering why when playing as the Union, McClernand has no command points? He also is not able to form a corps. I'm on patch 1.12. Have played the scenario a few times now and whether active or not, doesn't matter, McClernand always has no command points. Not a problem with any other commanders. Please advise if there's something I'm missing. Thanks!

Doesn't he have some nasty bad leader trait? I seem to recall something like that. At least in my campaign game I am having him sit in St. Louis to recruit because I didn't think him fit for a command. But that's half a year ago and I know longer know why exactly.
