Missing Replacements?

1. In the Revolutionary War campaigns and scenarios I receive German regular companies as replacements BUT do I ever receive light infantry companies/irregulars for the German regiments?

So far I've never seen German irregular replacements and my Hessians got mauled pretty badly in the latest battles against American regulars (it seems that light infantry is very vulnerable in open country).

Also some supply companies would be nice as I tend to lose them in very big battles.

2. In the French & Indian War Grand Campaign I receive irregular companies from the colonial settlements and very few regular companies from France but after a turn when the regulars were send to unit in need (usually a colonial regiment of Troupes de Marin) I've seemed to have lost an irregular company also from the reserve pool. Now am I just seeing things or is there a bug?

The German light infantry are not receiving replacements on purpose for the time being. May be we can add a few

As a rule, very few replacements are provided for the Hessians mercenaries, because they are just that...mercenaries....and costly for HM Treasury

If it's a feature then it's okay. IIRC the British eventually relegated their German regiments to garrison role.

Well in my test FIW game my Indian scouts in Mobile received a replacement warband but an irregular replacement company disappeared from the pool. I cannot tell if an Indian warband replacement was allocated too.
