Loading on Fleets, question

Just got game.

I can not get the now released British army in Boston to load on the fleet there. It may simply be I am not finding the right spot to click on the port symbol, but I have loaded troops on other ships ( In Canada).

I did combine both forces. Is the force to big to load?

This is a possibility yes. If you select the fleet, you get a tooltip indicating the transport capacity. Do that also for the army, you get the weight.
