With 1.01 patch, Carolinas scenario was bugged. So Ageod uploaded a fixed scn.

Now, with 1.02 patch, the scenario is fixed and you don't need it anymore (I think it should be removed from the servor).

Uh-oh. I downloaded and installed it after the 1.02 patch. Should I redo the patch?

no, the 2 scenarios are the same, in the zip and in the 1.02. But you can also re-apply the patch, it takes 3 second and wont screw anything.
