Spanish militia

Wed Apr 18, 2007 9:47 am

Hi,

There was one thing that surprised me the first time i saw it. It was in a 1775 campaign game when in December 1779 the spanish milita went home at the end of the turn.
I think that spanish militia should not be treated as american militia, did they also had a contract that ended at the end of the year?

May be or may be not, I do not have the data here. For the time being, all militias follow this end-of-year return-to-home policy...

Or at least when the militia reform that they do not do so in Rebel territory. Ideally, they would be restricted to reforming in Mobile, Pensacola or St. Augustine (if held by Spanish forces).
