After hemming and waiting and thinking twice, I also broke down and purchased BoA, spurred on by the soon to be released American Civil War game AGEOD is doing. I must say, what you have created here is really not only unique and deep and easy to understand, but what you have done is create something truly brilliant. I applaud you on a job well done. I have been waiting forever, buying far too many games, that promise "grand strategy" only to be let down and disappointed. BoA did not disappoint and I cannot wait for the ACW game. Again, this is really an unbelievable game and if any other newbies should read this and also be on the fence as I was, I could not recommend this game enough. Bravo!
