Tool Tip Change in 1.09f?

Seems that with 1.09f, the tool tip display for leaders no longer tells their name and special abilities. I know that in the earlier versions of 1.09, hovering your cursor over a leader would tell you his name and list his special abilities by name (Ambusher, etc.). Under 1.09f, however, the tool tip just tells you his rank. Was this change intentional? Not a big deal, but I thought I'd point it out. Thanks.
