Places etc on map

Hi all,

Got the game yesterday, been pottering through it and messing about generally. One thing is a bit difficult - being from the Uk I don't know that
much detail about where places are etc.

I know you can view map by objectives etc but this is still a bit hit and miss on tracking places down. Anyone else crossed this issue and found a quick/easy way around it?

This is a problem that surface from time to time yes. We would like to have the objectives and strategic towns in the ledger (you know of it I suppose?) clickable so you can jump exactly where the said city is.
