I ordered BOA last week and downloaded it. This morning I received an email with an invoice (different order number than last week order), and dated this morning.??

is this as it should be ? Is the invoice for last weeks download, though different order number ?

This is the same thing, do not worry.
It's just an European legal obligation, that the "official" invoice is send 7 days earliest after the purchase, as consumers here have a right of retractation during 7 days between purchase and final invoice.
