Download purchase not working?

Hi!

I was trying to make a purchase for the direct download version of BOA but the site (AGEOD.com) doesn't seem to recognise my logins (hotmail - account and password) when I try to confirm my order.

Am I doing something wrong?

The download verison is hosted in a different server which is not located withing our premices. We cannot control them from here and now, it's friday evening with their staff gone on week end leure:

I know hotmails address were rejected before, but this was fixed some time ago.

Just in case, can you use a different email address (no hotmail). This should work normally

It was the hotmail address. Download commenced and a another happy customer in the bag.
