Why do you remove the 4th and 5th french reinforcements?

no we added them, there was a bug. But some reports say that they are still not working, so expect a 1.11c very soon.

Someone has ever received the second french reinforcements? please tell me!
I have installed the 1.11 and continue playing a PBEM game, and i need these reinforcement soon!!!

This patch doesn't download, get an error 404. However i have 1.12, do I need 1.11?

Nope. You do not need 1.11. Each patch should be all-inclusive of previous patches.
