What I am saying is, I only ever see bright envelopes. Sure, when I mouse-over the envelope on the forces bar at the bottom right, it tells me that they are under command or not...I only see bright envelopes or none at all.
yes there is a slight discrepancy here:
a) on the regiment panel, the envelope is brown when the leader is not activable (reminder: a non activable leader can still move, slowly, but cant do much else)
b) on the MAIN MAP a non activable leader dont have the envelope and an activable stack (or one without leader but who dont need commands points, like indians) have a bright envelope.
If this discrepancy confuse you (and some others!), no problem in adding a darkened envelope on the main map.
