Event / Skinner

This is from the events list for T3 or so of a 1777 Saratoga campaign:

"27/33. evt_nam_Skinner"

Somewhat cryptic? It belongs to a guy mysteriously showing up near Philadelphia this turn, a lone leader named Skinner. What's he doing there, and what does the message mean? Thanks. :innocent:

Thanks for spotting, seems to be a localization bug on that event... I'll fix it for next patch. :coeurs:
