How Does the Moddir Work?

Apologies for all the questions. I have used the search function and can;t find any answers.

So, how does moddir work? What do I need to do to enable it?

first duplicate the BOA folder located in Birth of America to the name of the MOD you want to create, <NameOfYourMod>. Then create a file (at the same level as BOA.exe) named ModPath.ini and type into it <NameOfYourMod>. BoA should now load the files located in Birth of America\<NameOfYourMod>
