Help ! Serial Number????

leure: I downloaded "Birth of America" back in June and now my game PC has crashed. I backed up the game on a CD and when I went to reinstall it asks for a serial number....Any body out there that can help???

The email that Telechargement.fr sent lists your serial number. If you no longer have the email, hopefully you recorded your order number. If you have the order #, I'm sure someone at Ageod or Telechargement.fr can help you out. The customer service here is truly outstanding.

I can only help people who downloaded from AGEOD/Telechargement.fr, not from other sites like Paradox or Steam.
