Yeah it is during the processing turn. I tried going back one turn and it worked! except this processing bug keeps happening every 3 turns

has anyone else had this problem with the new patch or has this been a recurring thing before 1.03?

but a naval base does the same function as a harbour when it comes to shipping our supplies but benefical to building ships? also i have mostly naval bases because i kept upgrading them... ;/

my noob mind has been blown... didnt see that in the manual but thats means a naval base is what all ports should strive for? I mean isnt harbour better at commerce then a naval base??

hey guys i dont know if i am the only one but everytime i upgrade my harbor, it turns into a naval base... which i think way i cant get supplies out to my colonies? I am i wrong or right?

yeah the supplies are coming but very slowly, which is better then nothing but its good to know i am not the only one with low loyalty in colonies....its annoying but how did u get Somia islands objective? i can never force them to succeed those islands to me?

yeah i do and put more ships and ever so often i get a notice that supplies have been shipped but by the marchant fleet closet to capital not to the area i need it :S

ALSO i have been playing alot of colonial cards and i still dont see my loyalty going up? is it a glitch or what?
