yeah this happened to me as well. I got around it by deleting the files for that turn and rejigging the backup files around so i could load one a turn older.

before i did this i tried loading the same files many times and rebooted pc as it said it could not modify the file. no good.

i eventually found the supply producing industrial buildings, derr. Anyway i'm a few years in now and waging war, the game is now crashing every 2 or 3 turns. One potential fix--if you get a CTD or back to the scenairo/start screen, go to the saves folder on your hard drive. Should be a series of 'backup' files for turns. Go in, copy all the files in a Backup folder (lower # means that many turns prior to the one that crashed) and copy the files over to ...
