3.) Fix whatever it is that keeps the focus of the game start from moving to some far over area of the map, currently Iowa. This is ridiculous for an American Civil War game which aside from specific battle scenarios should primarily be focused on the Northern Virginia area when the main game campa...

As far as the database is concerned (and even event syntax) the two terms are interchangeable. i.e. remplacements = replacements Remember AGEod is a foreign company and a few spellings are quirky... Doesn't matter in the end because it does NOT affect game play. He is reporting a typo in the Englis...

Scenario creation errors with 1.14c. After installing 1.07h, patching with 1.14 and installing 1.14c code patch (with and without QF6), I am receiving the following script errors using the generic scriptA61.ini file. Scenario creation is successful with 1.14 patch only. The 1.14c patch install seems...

:D As a personal comment... IMHO forts ar not too interesting in AACW. I rarely build them, except maybe some with the CSA on the big rivers to block naval movement. I don't think i have ever built one with the USA. Forts were beginning to get outdated by the AACW times... armies deployed on 100 mi...

I totally agree. I just want to make sure you knew that there was only one image file when you correct the event text typos.

The image file name might have been more descriptive if it was something like,
Event-img_CMN_SamHouston1861 to indicate it is used by both CSA and USA.

I believe 'evt_nam_USA_SamHouston1861' should actually read: evt_nam_USA_SamHouston1861|1|2|evt_txt_USA_SamHouston1861|Event-img_USA_SamHouston1861|$Kaufman, TX|123 thus referencing the USA event text and image. There doesn't appear to be a USA version of the image Event-img_USA_SamHouston1861. The...

I have some issue with how the game decides who 'wins' and who 'loses'. It is totally obscure, and often leads to poor results, of which this is a gross example. I suspect there are a few flaws in the method. Not having access to the algorithim, I don't have a clue what those flaws are. IMHO this a...

Outstanding that you found these records, but there's a problem here... All these records refer to him here as indeed being a Division leader, but they are also all dated on the day he was killed. Have you tried the DirectX diags, windows\system32\dxdiag.exe ?
