Played the Moltke plan, and found out that the HQ and several corps of the IV German army is stuck in Luxemburg and can't get out other then DoW or wait for an interphase. Would it be possible to change the setup of the IV German Army in some of the warplans?

Hi, couldn't find any posts regarding this. Every time a HQ arrives as reinforcements for me when playing the central powers, the HQ arrives out of supply and refuses to become supplied. Only way to get it supplied is to save the game, restart it and load the saved game, highly annoying. http://i137...
