I just noticed that the battleresult screen shows different leader values than the objects on the map. For example in my current game Polk and Smith gained some experience and are shown with values 4/1/2 respectively 4/3/4. Polk is the army leader so there are no bonuses to deduct. All-Clear: I just had a ship bombardement with a "pressed" bombard button.
So the tooltips are right (although the icon with a crossed ship is a little confusing...).

Hm, with Ver 1.10d the tooltip over a non pressed button says:
"Click to Bombard passing ships with your units."
And over a pressed button:
"Your units have order to bombard any passing ships."

Seems like the tooltips are wrong again...???

It seems the link colors between the regions are not working properly in 1.10b (or at least I noticed it here). My problem with those understrength units that arrived by event is that there seems to be now way to find out how many elements are missing to full strength (the same problem appears for me if a unit is loosing an element during combat). Have i overlooked that information somewhere or is it just not...

Hm ,in my game garrisons in forts are not indicated at all. Neither in the bases nor at the flagstaff...????
