I imagine that he meant rifles ... In my first campaign I also took out the CSA in pretty much two sieges ... at about the same time I surrounded Lee in Nashville and Beaugarde in Richmond and quite a few turns of starvation later I attacked and killed off just about the entire confederate army. It ...

But, P.G.T. was an enemy general I don't think as the Union he would have read about a Confederate general being killed ... although I would like that feature and think it would be entirely historical as well, especially considering the close relationships alot of these generals had to those they fo...

If the game engine does not performs well in scenarios ... but works much better for the grand campaign ... what does this say for the future release of Napoleon (which will be all based on small and or not so small scenarios). I have to say that I was a very dissapointed to hear there was no grand ...

As the Union I don't know how usefull a fort would even be as you are mostly on the offensive ... I would say that about the only place I would like to build one is in Tucson, because the CSA is very determined to take this and the Union has a very hard time getting anything there to assist the garr...

This is probably a good plan ... w/ the whole inactive deal it already frustrates me to no end to get my armies moving the last thing I need is a guy who is slow. On the other hand forts already seem way stronger then any naval fleets they encounter none of my forts have yet engaged any CSA naval un...

I would like a different option for naval micromanagement ... instead of reducing their effectiveness to reduce the required micromanagement I would prefer a simple option of having my ship return to port when they reach 75% cohesion or 50%, maye even 25% ... that way they do what I paid for them to...

I thought the bombard enemy ships was greyed out for all forts because it was considered automatic? If this is the case then as the guns were in place at the desired fort the fact that it was now greyed out would be appropriate ... by the way I also build coastal batteries to shore up those forts on...

Maybe have all reinforcements simply appear in the state capitol ... that would make it easier already. But I have to agree to exempt militia from this rule ... In fact I would prefer most militia not even be recruited and simply appear in every city as a static unit if the enemy attack or approache...

I think it would also be helpfull to know how many prisoners they have to exchange ... for now it only shows how many prisoners you have of theirs. In late 1862 I have about 18,000 Rebs ... I have lost 30,000 troops ... and have killed 90,000 Rebs ... so my thinking is not to exchange and just keep ...

I can confirm that this works now works correctly in 1.07b ... but you must remember to dock first in the harbor of where the canal is located then move into the rivers. The site states that this game was released in the US a few months back already ... but I have looked if anyone carries the game and can find no one.
