i am quite new to this game so sorry for this newbie question.

I read in the after turn log that one of my divisions is only partially active because i couldnt pay the administrative costs. what exactly are these costs? i couldnt find anything in the manual

thx for the quick reply. I solved the problem. it had to do with the display settings. i had to run the game in the standard , maximized window mode and the missing text was back again.

i also noted that there is no supply phase during my games. enyone has a solution?
