Thank you ! Thank you for doing this, it's a wonderful initiative-generally little attention gets paid to this aspect in games development and samples are usually too short so music soon gets monotonous. Will be downloading this evening. Thanks. Even with appropriate themed music in such wargames, P...

I'm looking for a good R. E. Lee biography ( in French or English) : not a one sided hagiography but a book trying to understand all the complexity of the character. Have you any recommandation ? In French, there is a Robert E. Lee : la légende sudiste by V. Bernard, published in last april. I have...

I use the steam version of the game now. Can I apply the RC6 ? My PBEM opponent uses the RC6 but on steam I am RC5 :( You can apply the beta patch over a Steam installation. I've just done it a few days ago. Find where the game is installed (ie. C:\Program Files\SteamApps\common\Civil War II) and i...

Totally right. This is not yet the official communiqué with screenshots and list of features indeed. This is a tad to early to reveal that, plus we want to keep most of the surprise for the Convention in Italy (in May, players can participate if they want). Oops I already bombarded the info at CPC ...

That's true, but where did you see the news exactly on the Matrix site, because there should be the exact same at the Ageod site. Was thinking of picking this up recently but if I remember correctly this game used to be around 20-25 dollar mark. It is now retailing for 37. Is this a mistake or has this game appreciated in value since last year? Hi, Mr Matrix heard you and dropped the prices of a few old games 2 days ago, and ...

The CW2 soundtrack was missing a sea shanty to give a good mood to the naval part of the game. I don't know if you know this site, but it holds a lot of "himnos y canciones de la guerra civil" (with lyrics). Their quality may be poor, but I think they are free of rights.

I haven't read (nor heard !) anything about music in AACW2... With CW1, I discovered a whole genre of great songs, ballads and reels I never heard about before. I felt in love with its simplicity and joyful melancholy and bought every disc of the 2nd South-Carolina String Band who recorded the track...

While I check your webshop, I see no information about those, so I guess the answer is still no.

As the subject as just been raised for BOR, I was wondering if there is a list for headless generals in ROP Gold, so we could try to find their portraits and fill the blanks ?

Yes, also at Ageod of course. The new scenarios are about 2 years in duration, brief but intense. It's only the Prussian intervention on which they focus, not the whole war (for it we missed time plus a much enlarged map, may be in the future in case we are succesful here) Thanks for the info !
