All, I very much enjoying my purchase and learning the game. Pardon my ignorance if there was an obvious answer but how do you move troops/ships from off-map areas like California, Plattsburgh, Southwest, etc? I may have missed it but I did not see it in the manual and I am curious how you move ship...
