I noticed that Penang in Southeast Asia is under the Dutch at the start of the Grand Campaign but Penang has been under British control since 1786 and has never had any Dutch influence or control.

There is a small error with the flag of Japan in several campaign scenarios. The flag at Tokyo uses the south Russian flag rather than the Japanese one. This is with 1.02b
