C. Hamilton not providing correct command points

I'm playing the Bull Run scenario and C. Hamilton is indicated as a two star general that should be providing 8 command points. But he is only providing four.

Basic game functionality should be updated, IMO. E.G., PBEM instructions still discuss TRN files.

Otherwise, great game. Can we get a downloadable, printable, CW II map?
