Ok, but how do you put it into windowed mode and change the size? I can find no place in the options to make that happen.

I am a steam user and have seen in the discussion area of steam that you can run PoN in windowed mode. However, the manual and the options area seems silent on that. Does anyone know how to make the game run in windowed mode?

Guess I didn't explain it well enough, The Army HQ was in replacements, not reinforcements (F3 key not F2 key). The Army HQ JUST showed up as an option to buy in F2. Early April 1862.

There's an army HQ there and I have built one, have one on the map and 2 other 3 star Generals, but no option to turn them into an Army Commander when they are selected.

One last thing tho, still cannot build a second Army, is that also controlled by the game as to when you can build a second one?

No, actually I'm at the point now that I can create divisions, wasn't aware that you could not from the start of the game. But still at this time, even with a 2 star general selected, I cannot build a Corps, in or out of an army stack, in or out of the region the army is in.
