How to Build Div HQ's?

I think I'm pretty good at these here strategy games but I think I'm missing something here. I can not build Divisional HQs. I am given the choice give leaders a divisional option. So guys what am I missing?

A recent patch removed divisional HQs and instead gave us the option simply to create divisions with generals directly. The idea was to simplify things, I think. I've struggled with this a bit myself, so I'm no expert; for more details, check out the AACW Headquarters forum, which has several threads on the new system.

Have you patched to 1.05c? There is no mention of divisional HQ in the tutorial.
I will check if the online manual has the latest version though. You can get it there:

Thanks guys for the info. I have patched to 1.05c. As a newbie to the forum I began to read some of the different threads and saw were you could buy Divisional HQ's. I just could not do this in the game. Now if one of the updates changed this then I understand this new feature and it works. Thanks again.
