Is is better to incorporate them into divisions or leave them like an attachment to the division?

Me, I like to form divisions around the elites, since their "strong morale"-ability is a unit ability and therefore gives more benefits when put to use in large units.

Put 'em in divisions.

An exception might be the ones that use 0 command points, like the Irish Brigade.
