It's all lost! (Computer clean + HD format)

Gentlemen,

After trying to figure out what was causing my PC to crash all the time, I decided to take drastic measures and completely re-install everything and format my hard drives. This worked, but I lost my installed version, download file and serial (I still have the emails that were sent to me and a credit card statement that I paid somewhere).

Now the question of course becomes: how do I get my game back? (and do I still have the right to?)

All help very much appreciated,

Kind regards,

Mark

As far sa I can remeber you just need to send a email with the info on the email that you got when you bought it to support@ageod.com. Try that, I think I will have to do that with BOA because I have lost the download as Im unable to get the harddrive which it are on to work.

Hi MarkCSA!

While it's a good idea to re-install the OS once in a while it is recommended to keep a backup of the most important data. :p

As Kotik said: Please write an email to support@ageod.com with your name and the email address you used for ordering.

Cheers
Norbert

Hehe, I know, but at some point we figured that it was the HD causing all the crashes (which it wasn't, it was the Motherboard drivers), at this point we were getting slightly fed up (after 14 hours) with my computer 'mocking us' with new and nastier error messages, so we went for FORMAT IT ALL!!!!!!!! In retrorespect not the wisest of choices.

I'll just forward support@aegod.com my 'you have paid' email

Thanks for the help guys!

In that context, would it be possible to get the installation files for my games again even though I have not lost the installation (yet)? Only with NCP which I bought last did I have the great idea to save the installation file itself together with the product key. For BoA and AACW I deleted them after installation, or at some later date, anyway I no longer have them. I tried the download links in the original emails I got after purchase, but they are returning an error code ...

No problem: get a hammer and smash your hard-disc. Then write an email to support@ageod.com stating that you have lost the installation files. :niark:
