How to reverse the Loyalty filter?

I'm playing with with version 1.08a and I still have regions loyal to the South showing up as BLUE and vice versa when this filter is activated. It's not a game killer but I would like to get this corrected none the less. Please, how do i do it?

Have you tried installing 1.08d?
Its the most up to date patch

No because I am mid-game and each time I patch I have to reinstall the Leader Mod which I will not play without. (I really wish it were official.) I will try that, though and just reinstall the Leader Mod.
