V1.07e financials/drafts bug?

Another thing I've noticed in v1.07e is that financials/drafts signatures are available for change with 0 turns remaining until you can do that. If unchanged when next turn comes those remain locked as they where in previous turn with, say, 13 turns remaining until you can resign again. Bug or normal for v1.07e?

Are you not in june when you check that, many options reset at mid-year, without consideration for how long you used them.

This happened in PBEM when we started with 1.07a and updated first to 1.07c than 1.07e. Maybe updating in mid game caused the problem. It was June I think. Anyway, I've started new PBEM and so far it looks fine. It says 0 turns until change is available. We'll see if the signatures are gone at the start of the next turn.
