Two admiral Semmes in play

In a current PBEM game v1.06 I have 2 admiral Semmes in play at the same time in two different locations

Same bug as Aryaman.
The first one was present right from the beginning of Apr 61 campaign. The second one came with the event about CSS Alabama.
I play 1.06

Same just happened to me last night. Only diff. The one that started the game is Admiral Semmes. The one event created is -Rear-Admiral Semmes. Wonder if that whats causing the double take.

One event is supposed to remove him in in 1862/07/27 so that he is added where the Alabama appears. Perhaps he was not removed but still added (in duplicate).
Do you have the save around?

I got a saved game showing the situation, but I would need the turn before the doubling occurs, so that I understand how the process happens.
