Semmes Critical Error - CTD

Hi!
Have already sent you the saves for this CTD via email.
Just a note, after replicating the CTD 3 times (you just need to hit the next turn button), I then moved 31.Unit Detachment (Union) from its location at Fredericks City adjacent to Harper's Ferry to York via rail, and the CTD did not ocurr.
My game continues...
