Can't even hit "Load Game"--Critical error

OK, I've sent game logs and saved games to Ageod support that have resulted in critical errors, but now I get one before getting to the game--I can't even open any saves. As soon as I hit "Load Game" I get the critical error, application terminated message. Now what? Should i reinstall? Oy!
