I have a solo game that was started and played with the Compression box checked and using the same password that I use for my PBEM games. Each time I conclude a turn, I have to enter the password which seemed like a waste of time, so I turned the password option off.

Now the turns will no longer process and the game crashes (with or without the Compression password activated). I completely deleted the game and reinstalled it back to where it was, with the 1.16rc5. No help.

Just installed RC7 and I've got this same problem with regards to the VP, NM, and wording in the battle reports not showing up. Otherwise the game seems to run fine.

I checked the ACW/Fonts as suggested earlier and have all the same files as Longshanks listed in Post #3.
