Problem with the validation

Hello, I just bought the AACW in the website of AGEOD. I paid trought PayPal but I can´t advance to the download step. I get the confirmation of the payment by PayPal, but I didn´t recive the mail of nexway with the details of my order and my link to download the game. I´m waiting for that about a couple of hours and I´m getting very nervous. Is It normal? this long wait i mean. I don´t think so because three months ago i bought the BOA2 and those massage got at the same time that the PayPal confirmation. Please, if anybody could answer me i´ll been very greatful, Thanks you all.
