hmm . i found the problem :sherlock: it is not because it is corrupted. i tested with 1.15 and it is working correctly :bonk: . as i sent you the log file it says 1.16 beta 4 as engine. but with the latest beta there is a problem in portraits that they are showing ratings of generals as 0-0-0 in battle report so thats the think that is not compatible so it is giving error i guess. There wasnt a problem with ROP because we were using the same beta. thanks.
note: do they still support Sid Meier's SMAC/SMAX :D

Exactly, it was one of the(i think best) innovative, intellectual, philosophical(list goes on...) game ever made by Sid in game industry, i was at university at that time,. but its is a respectable devotion to fix bugs left after many years maybe more of an outcome of idealistic mind. As said,

"If I determine the enemy's disposition of forces while I have no perceptible form, I can concentrate my forces while the enemy is fragmented. The pinnacle of military deployment approaches the formless: if it is formless, then even the deepest spy cannot discern it nor the wise make plans against it. "
The Hunter-Seeker Algorithm datalinks. :)
