I hope this is the proper forum to ask this question. I'm getting an error when trying to put the patch over a clean install (from purchased CD) and I get the error in the image attached. I assume this is only my issue as no one else is reporting any problems. My system is:

Windows XP (SP 3)
Pent 4 - 2.80 Ghz
4 MB of RAM

I would appreciate any insight. I was able to do the beta testing of the 1.14 releases (I still have that in a separate folder), but when I tried to install the official patch, it wouldn't go.

You must be applying the patch while AGESettings is running, close the program before applying the patch
