Game crashed again around May 1862. It's done this each time now. I'm trying to find the save game on my computer, but I can't get to it. I have the logs though and will send them in.

Found the save files and sent them in.

I have a strong computer. Vista operating software, however. I had lowered the graphics option the lowest level.

Update: When it crashed it told me to e-mail tech support with info; I did that. However, I started it up and have now progressed a couple of turns in the game.

Be sure to send the logs also, has all spotted bugs are fixed in the latest beta patch.

Yeah, I sent the logs too. I'm still playing the game. This crash was different this time. The prior crash must have been the Vista video card bug, so I lowered the graphic options to the minimum level. This crash didn't give an error report, it only stated to send the logs and save files before it shut down.

Strange.

Update: Support has helped out. Apparently I was only patched to 1.07b. I had thought I had patched up to 1.13b. I swear that is what it said when the game was loading.
