1.12 doing strange things

Hi all,
Playing 62 campaign pbem.
My opponent lost battle and retreated forward,i win a battle and retreat
new troops appearing in Besieged cities.
i Sortied out of city and 3 divs surrendered and the General commanding
has disappeared off the map and some of my movement dont appear to
execute.
Are these a new patch thing or bug.
Can you list the things the new patch have changed.
