Using v1.12 in a pbm game playing as usa.

Events that should be changing the foreign intervention score do not appear to be applying the adjustment. For example the french intervention in mexico triggered last turn - it should change the foreign intervention by 10 - the actual foreign intervention total remained at 16. Earlier in the game I also saw no change after the Trent affair - which again should reduce the intervention total.

I have sent the latest back1 folder from my opponent ( the host) to ageod support.

I got the save and I'm confused. Should I run the turn or not? In both cases I don't have the historical event you speak about. Backup1 is from late march 62.

Note the foreign intervention of 16 in the current turn. Run the late march 62 turn and you will see the french mexican intervention event trigger. Foreign intervention should have changed by 10 - it has not. A similar problem occurs with the Trent affair event earlier in the game.

I am the usa player - csa is the host. The mexican intervention and the trent affair events both listed reductions in the intervention score - in neither case did the game make any adjustment.

As a follow-up to this problem I have now noticed that foreign intervention cannot fall below zero for the usa - it should and it has worked in prior patches. I am now in sep 62 - the usa had the emancipation selection - intervention remained at zero - it should have gone to -21 or so. For the last 4 months the intervention score has remained stuck at zero while the usa had a lead in vp and nm for all this period.

I have requested another backup file from my opponent - can send to support if necessary. I am convinced something has gone wrong with foreign intervention code yet I am also sure it has worked correctly in previous pbm games.

I have also noticed a difference between what I thought the FI should -18 to what it reads on the CSA screen of +3. I thought must have missed read one of the messages. But by co-incidence I just asked him to verify his score before I read this thread. - but he hasn't replied yet.

He signed total blockade late April 61 for - 9
and total blockade early July61 for -12

we started a new game with the 1.12 patch I don't know if he has any of the backups.
