Le Erreur: Qu'est-ce que ça peut bien faire? (Topic not actually in French.)

...Okay, I don't actually speak French, so that ends the topic title. Anyhow! I'm receiving an error. The popup border and the options are in French, but, luckily, the error is in English. It states: , standard 'Yes-No' dialog choices, just in French.
Now, this happens two times that I've noticed: First, if I minimize the game while it's loading, sometimes, it'll do this when I select it again, after giving me a lengthy black screen. Also, as I just found out, if I leave the game alt-tabbed for a while, and then go back, sometimes it does this. Sometimes it doesn't. It also does it if my computer has been put into hibernation with the game running, and I try to re-select it after un-hibernating the computer.
If I select 'Non', the option-box returns, up to 104 times (I got tired of clicking 'Non' after that many) that I am aware of. 'Oui' causes the application to, of course, terminate.
I don't, technically, have a graphics card, I guess. I have an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, which is computerspeak for "Cheap piece of crap Intel shoved in this laptop so it could render spreadsheets". But besides this error-message, the game functions perfectly even with it, with beautifully-rendered graphics, so I don't think that's the problem, here.
I'm at a loss as to what is, though. Aide, s'il vous plait!

Would you like to terminate the application? Oui / Non"
