Lost Serial Key

Hi, I bought the game in a store several months ago, and just reinstalled it today, however I can't seem to find my serial key. I've checked both the game box and the manual, and I assume the "validation document" which the prompter is referring to is for people who purchased the game online.
Is there some way you can e-mail me a new one or what?
