My Main Log I sent you was ignored!

You're tech support doesn't support! You asked me to provide you with My Main Log, I had my doubts that it would get you to help me and I was right. My email to your support email address was not answered. Probably because there is no answer, your game is unplayable on Vista, it doesn't recognize saved games, and that's that.

When did you sent your log? It can be several days before we get to your mail, depending of the amount of mails received.
Also if this was friday, as this is a closed day in most europe and that we are now in the week-end, you get additional delay.

I answered your mail. Though we try to answer every mail within 24h it might take somewhat longer on weekends or national holidays. In your case it was 30h, but that doesn't really mean you were "ignored".
