Demo won't play

I dowloaded the demo and when I click on the desktop shortcut the little hourglass appears for a few seconds and then nothing else happen. Any suggestions?~Gary

you installed it or you are speaking of the archive/installer file that you downloaded?
Are you running windows 98/ME ?

yes, but are you speaking of the icon of BoA, once installed, or the icon of the installer before installing the demo?
What is you operating system?
